Profile

Sinterleghe s.r.l., established in 1989, is ISO 9001:2008 certified, registration No. 1440/98/S. It produces tip-dressers, tip-changers and cutters for the tip-dressing of spot welding electrodes.
Sinterleghe S.r.l. reserves the intellectual property rights of all his products, which are identified by RAVITEX® registered trademark. Production takes entirely place in Sinterleghe's plant located in Anzola d'Ossola (VB) ITALY.





Mission

The mission of Sinterleghe s.r.l., focussed on tip-dressing and tip-changing core business, is to study, innovate, develop products/services and solutions aimed at the needs of customers worldwide.
The innovative RAVITEX® technology, applied with success in several automotive plants, contributes to achieving goals of quality, environmental improvement, safety and production efficiency of robot and manual welding lines according to the most advanced criteria of Quality Management Systems.

The production capacity of Sinterleghe S.r.l. has become more and more flexible through the years thanks to the implementation of Lean Production / TPS production and organization mechanisms. This brought to the optimization of internal and outsourcing processes, thus reducing lead times.
All mechanical processing are carried out in-house thanks to high productivity CNC machinery.
